- Contribute to the delivery and coordination of the Discovery topic Rainbow Mob (LGBTIQASB+ First Nations) health, as well as lecturing and assessing curriculum across the Doctor of Medicine (MD) program in the Melbourne Medical School.
- Play a vital role in advancing inclusive and culturally responsive medical education by coordinating and teaching the innovative Rainbow Mob (LGBTIQASB+ First Nations) health topic, fostering a deeper understanding of diverse health needs within the Indigenous community.

**About the Role**
As a member of the Wurru Wurru Health Unit (First Nations health) team, you will undertake focused coordination for the Rainbow Mob (LGBTIQASB+ First Nations) health topic in the third year of the MD program.
This includes leading teaching, tutorials, and administrative work under the guidance of the Director of the Wurru Wurru Health Unit.
You will work closely with the Discovery Topic coordinator, lecturers involved in the Rainbow Mob health topic, and coordinate stakeholder engagement with local community organisations, including Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations (ACCHOs) and LGBTIQA+ organisations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Contribute to teaching and assessment marking across the broader MD curriculum.
- Coordinate tutors and casual staff involved in tasks allocated by the Director of the Wurru Wurru Health Unit.
- Ensure the Learning Management System (LMS) Community is up-to-date with relevant course and discussion material.
**Who We Are Looking For**
Your ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Sector is essential, along with demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication, strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
You engage positively in environments of change and innovation.
Desirable qualities are:
- A degree in medical education, teaching experience in medical education, or education more broadly.
- Current clinical practice in a relevant area.
- Lived experience as part of the Rainbow Mob community.
