About the role
**Role Location**: Docklands VIC
**Role Type**: Permanent full-time
**Team**: ESM Command Centre
At ANZ, our purpose is to shape a world where people and communities thrive and to achieve this, we need a talented Incident Analyst to join our Communications and Post Incidents Team The team works around the technical incident framework supporting stakeholders.
This is an excellent growth opportunity that will see you step up as an Analyst with a large component of your role being handling Incident Communications where you will be translating technical incidents into our Incident Comms to meet the needs of our stakeholders in Technology and Business. The role will also see you partner and work closely with Incident Managers, supporting them in their cases.
What a typical day might look like
Responsible for driving Major Incident communications
Support the facilitation of Post Incident Review investigation sessions with the aim to identify underlying causes of incidents to prevent recurrences
Use service management data in ServiceNow and other tools/data points to undertake post Incident analysis to generate valuable insights to feed into Post Incident Review sessions
Close working relationship with Major Incident, Problem and Communication Management stakeholders
Building trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders
