**Your new company**
Our client works in the travel industry throughout Australia and has an office based centrally on the Gold Coast. A rare opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their high performing, fun and dynamic head office team on a full-time basis.

**Your new role**
As the Recruitment Coordinator, you will be tasked with providing recruitment and sourcing guidance and support to the People & Culture Manager. You will be responsible for:

- Drafting and posting job ads
- Ensuring all vacant roles are filled in line with business expectations
- Conducting phone screenings
- Scheduling interviews, meetings and briefings
- Conducting reference checks and making offers
- Ad-hoc admin duties and data input on their system

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful you will have:

- Previous experience in end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment is highly regarded (agency or internal)
- Relevant administration experience in a high-volume and process driven environment
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Ability to stay organised with an excellent attention to detail
- Professional presentation and impeccable communication skills both written and verbal
- Sense of urgency and able to handle multiple roles at one time
