Working with the broader Cyber Security team, you will be responsible for ensuring business and technology initiatives incorporate identity and access controls. You will also be involved in working with any identity based problems/solutions utilising key IAM technologies.

A mindset that improves IAM governance processes will also be viewed favourably.

**Day to day you’ll be**:

- Supporting the business on IAM matters.
- Help build strong relationships across the organisation and with external parties as they require access to various levels of systems and data
- Undertake IAM risk assessments
- Update IAM policies, standards and guidance
- Support data incident and breach responses
- Support the information security/cyber security plan
- Define and report on IAM security metrics

**Skills**:

- Strong technology knowledge, especially pertaining to IAM controls - Windows, Linux/Unix, as well as Databases, Network devices.
- Strong technology knowledge of IAM in Cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, etc)
- Technical expertise in Microsoft AD and Azure AD
- Experience with IAM technologies such as OKTA, SailPoint
- Experience in role management, entitlement, access certification and privileged access controls
- Experience with Privileged Access Management solutions - ideally CyberArk.

**Knowledge**:

- Technical certifications in IAM

**Experience**:

- Minimum two years hands on experience in Cyber Security
- Proven work experience as a Security Specialist or similar role
- Experience with a range of IT systems, cyber security tools and controls
