Our client, a Real Estate Agency located in the vibrant community of Maroubra, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Reception Administration Assistant to join this team. They specialize in delivering exceptional real estate services to clients and are committed to maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
As a Reception Administration Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our real estate office. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Preparing leases and assisting with tenancy agreements
- Handling banking tasks and financial transactions
- Managing tenant communications and document downloads
- Data entry for invoices and financial records
- Assisting in the creation of marketing brochures
- Conducting minor general tidying and office organization
- Answering incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service
**Requirements**:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using office software, including MS Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
- Prior experience in real estate or administration is a plus, but not mandatory An eagerness to progress within the company and contribute to the team's success
