Our client has one of the largest dispute resolution practices in the world and this role will see you join their market leading Sydney practice working on some of Australia's highest profile construction disputes.
**Dispute Resolution Team**
The Dispute Resolution team at this leading law firm is widely regarded as being one of the strongest practices in the country, with several Band 1 rated lawyers in the team.
The team handles a broad mix of complex construction disputes across the domestic and international markets. They are involved in some of Australia's most significant resources and infrastructure projects in LNG, mining, rail and roads.
**Position Description**
Given a substantial pipeline of construction litigation work, this top tier dispute resolution practice is looking for a construction litigator to join their growing team in Sydney.
You will be joining the team as a mid level lawyer and work closely with three highly regarded partners in the group whilst also working with partners in other interstate offices.
On offer is the opportunity to work in a leading construction litigation practice who have provided advice on some of Australia's largest resources and infrastructure projects.
**Requirements**:
You will have between
**2-5 years' experience** in
- construction litigation _from a notable practice in Australia or another common law jurisdiction.
In addition, you will have:
- An ability to adapt to the **working styles of different partners**;
- Excellent **communication skills**;
- A desire to work on **large-scale matters** in a **fast paced **environment;
- A developing **commercial awareness**; and
- A strong **academic background**.
