**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Communications Specialist to join Group Communications team. You will enable our vision by executing best-practice communications in line with our Group strategy which aims to deliver multi-dimensional communication and engagement campaigns that excite and motivate our audience. Reporting in the Communications Manager, you will partner with customers across the Group to clarify their needs and support the development and delivery of global communications events and projects that drive engagement in our global hubs. We will look to you to drive our global events calendar, set strategic direction for Group-led events and execute campaigns digitally by writing content for our in-house platforms including The Tomorrow, brand sites and socials. You will focus on implementing and coordinating on-brand communication for all internal and external touch points and will review project success to provide insight and use this data to drive future planning. **SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Degree / qualification in relevant field i.e. Communications, PR, Social Media or similar
- Proven experience in a similar Communications, PR, Social Media role for a fast paced, global retailer
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and Electronic Direct Mail (eDM) functions
- Understanding of data analytics tools, with the ability to analyse data and reports relating to customer reach and engagement
- Confident decision making skills that will impact the success of our customer reach
- A high level of planning, organisation and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including excellent copy writing skills
- Proven ability in maintaining day-to-day operations and project management
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently communicate with all departments and management levels
