**OUR SUNSHINE COAST TEAM**:
We have two beautiful SIL houses on the Sunshine Coast in both Burnside and Currimundi and are needing additional support for both locations. There are two well established teams at both houses and we are looking for new staff to join these teams and provide high quality care for our clients.

You must demonstrate the ability to interpret care plans, determine the most effective strategies for engaging with individual clients and ability to work within your scope of practice.
- Certificate III in Disability / Aged or Individual Support
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Blue and Yellow Card
- National Police Check
- Current drivers’ licence
- Your own fully insured vehicle
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Able to undertake role requirements
- Eligibility and right to work in Australia
