During this year, they also became majority stakeholder of digital health company, SISU Health. The division employs more than 3600 team members.

**What you’ll do**:
**Role can be based in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane**

Other key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Lead the optimisation and efficient utilisation of WMS and WCS across the national distribution network
- Work closely with the Technology team to ensure seamless integration and operation of warehouse system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve processes, ensuring maximum productivity, accuracy, and efficiency in warehouse operations
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements and work on implementing solutions to address operational challenges
- Provide expert guidance and support on all matters related to WMS and WCS, ensuring the systems are functioning optimally
- Ensure accurate system reporting and data analysis to drive informed decision-making.

**What you’ll bring**:

- 5-7 years of experience in warehouse systems management or similar technical role
- Extensive experience with Manhattan WMS and Knapp warehouse control systems
- Proven expertise in warehouse systems management and optimisation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to travel interstate and work outside business hours when needed.
- Bachelors’ degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
