**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**ABOUT YOU**
**You will bring the following experience and qualifications**:

- Experience with Workers’ compensation claims management
- A recognised Rehabilitation & Return to Work Coordinator (RRTWC) Qualification **is highly desirable**:

- High level knowledge of the Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation Act 2003 QLD & Regulation 2014 QLD
- Confidence in dealing with multiple stakeholder engagement
- A flexible approach
- Initiative and ability to work independently and cohesively within a team environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Skilled in conflict resolution
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective negotiation skills
- Allied Health Qualifications would be HIGHLY desirable
