**THE OPPORUTNITY**

**Location | Kilcoy**

Our Talent Acquisition Team is growing and we now need a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People and Culture Team at Kilcoy to focus on our Salaried opportunities. You will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment and selection process, including:

- Creating and posting job ads
- Telephone screening of applicants
- Arranging interviews face to face or via teams
- Conducting interviews with Hiring Managers
- Conduct Reference checks, immigration checks
- Maintenance of employment documentation and other confidential information
- Facilitate and continuously improve the end-to-end recruitment experience for roles across the corporate function
- Head hunting via SEEK Talent and LinkedIn
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships across the various business departments

**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous experience in a Recruitment role, preferably in an industrial environment
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A helpful, sincere and friendly attitude and customer service focused approach
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and balance competing demands
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt
