**POSITION DESCRIPTION -**
Being a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer of high-quality health supplements, skincare, and dairy products, we hold many manufacturing licenses: TGA cGMP license, US FDA, Halal accreditations, Australian dairy license, and APVMA license. We have also won 17 local and international awards for outstanding performance and quality.
We are looking for an experienced Operation Manager who has worked in the Pharmaceutical /FMCG industries and understands the complete supply chain management cycle.
- The Operations Manager will be reporting to the COO, and will be charged with the following responsibilities:
- Lead the “Production Planning Officers” in Operations Team: to ensure smooth and efficient production planning
- Lead the “Purchasing Officers” in Operations Team: to ensure raw materials and packaging materials are purchased and delivered on time
- Lead the “Estimators” in the Operations Team: to ensure quotation and costings of new projects are calculated and provided in a timely manner
- Work closely with other departments to ensure successful completion of production and sales transactions with DIFOT results.
- Manage the performance of all aspects of Department operation and ensure all KPIs are met.
**Key Skills and Competencies**
**Coordination and Supervision** - Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of team members in the Operations Team
**Financia**l - Prepare and control operational budgets control
**Best Practices**:
- Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Ensure adherence to rules, regulations, and procedures.
**Central Hub** - Operations Team is very important and is the central hub of the company. The Operations Manager must work well with other teams to coordinate each project to successful completion, with a can-do and helpful attitude and commitment.
**Education and Experience**
- A tertiary degree with any major is required. Major in business administration, commerce, management, industrial technology or industrial engineering, and Operations or Supply chain management is a plus.
- Must have management experiences and skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- At least 4 years in a senior operational role within the pharmaceutical manufacturing or FMCG manufacturing industry.
- Preferred: Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
**Salary is Negotiable depending on Experience**
You must be eligible to work in Australia. This role required with Operation Manager EXPERIENCE in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing / Healthcare
