Are you passionate about getting results, working with diverse partners and balancing data and process to make an impact? A rare opportunity has arisen to join the Sales Force Excellence function within our Customer Engagement Excellence team. We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Operations Manager to join us. In this role you’ll play a meaningful role in optimizing our sales processes and driving salesforce efficiency to ensure commercial success. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Sydney.

Reporting to the Customer Engagement Excellence Lead, this role holds responsibility for the following areas:
- Run and lead all aspects of the implementation of the Salesforce Incentives Program (SIP)- Recommend and enable optimal commercial field structure and deployment based on brand / customer segmentation & strategic direction- Monitor cross-organisational sales and marketing effectiveness to identify areas of best practice and areas for improvement- Ensure Amgen’s commercial systems are efficient and enable sales teams to operate optimally

Win - What we expect of you- Consistent track record of success in the pharmaceutical industry including previous roles in commercial operations and sales- Demonstrable knowledge of pharmaceutical sales/commercial operations including but not limited to: call planning, SFE analysis, segmentation and targeting, geographic territory alignments, sales force sizing & structures, Sales Incentives Programs- Experience analysing pharmaceutical commercial data sources, trends and market dynamics and drawing practical conclusions- Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint skills and experience working with Veeva platforms- Advanced data preparation and manipulation skills and experience with tools such as SQL, Alteryx, Tableau prep etc. desirable- Residency and Work rights in Australia required
