Our client, Scenic Luxury Cruises and Tours, is a privately owned Australian company that operates worldwide, they provide touring programs to many exotic domestic and international destinations.

We are now partnering with them to find their next Accounts Payable Officer to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. They provide a hybrid working model, allowing you to work a mix of in their Newcastle CBD office and from home.

**You’ll be responsible for**:

- Processing and entering invoices (approximately 100 a week)
- Ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation and payment of tour and overhead creditor accounts
- Fostering positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Carrying out additional finance duties as required by the business, while embodying a proactive and team-oriented mindset

**Essentially you’ll have**:

- Experience working in an accounts payable position
- Highly accurate data entry skills
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to speak with a wide range of stakeholders
- A proactive approach to process improvement
- Confident with picking up and navigating systems
