- Build strong relationships with internal teams and suppliers to ensure customers get seamless, top-notch support.
- Keep calm and take care of complaints, referring them to the right escalation channels when necessary.
- Liaise with manufacturers on behalf of customers and maintain stellar supplier relationships.

**Qualifications**
- Customer service or sales experience is a bonus, but not a dealbreaker—we value a great attitude above all
- A passion for delivering WOW moments for every customer.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and attention to detail.
- A team-player mindset with self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously.
- High computer literacy (MS Office, G-Suite experience is a plus).
- Cool, calm, and collected under pressure—you thrive in fast-paced environments.
