We are growing our Transport Advisory team across ANZ and we are looking for a ANZ Transport Electrification Lead to join a progressive organisation with a great culture in Sydney. As an experienced practitioner, you will be given the opportunity to help grow the business, developing and enhancing relationships with clients, winning and delivering projects.

The role will initially be focused on market engagement and industry engagement in this specialist and emerging sub-sector. As such a core focus of the role will be on external facing business development - to understand the market shape, size and opportunities, to position with clients and industry partners Including development of thought leadership, engagement through industry events and through targeted direct client engagement).

The secondary aspect of the role is to collate market intelligence, help the business identify opportunities and to collaborate with other senior leaders to position for, plan for, and to win these opportunities turning intelligence and market presence/ connections into work won.

This role will also provide leadership and technical support to a broader virtual team across the ANZ region in order to help grow capacity, to help individuals to build their careers and to help staff to develop technical solutions to clients’ problems, to deliver high quality project outcomes and successful project delivery.

Minimum Requirements

+ Extensive experience within the Transport Advisory market in Australia

+ Ability to lead the technical delivery on projects in specialist area, as well as technical delivery in the specialism as a workstream leader contributing to larger, multi-disciplinary projects.

+ Motivation to advance in the field of Transport Electrification and client focused transport advisory services.

+ Demonstrated experience in professional services, preferably in consulting and advisory work

+ Interest and engagement with professional development opportunities

+ Utilising established work flows and procedures

Preferred Qualifications

+ Relevant tertiary education
