**Not one day is the same. At Diona you will;**
- Ensure all projects and operations comply with applicable legislative and contractual requirements.
- Provide support, coordination and advice on HSE practices, systems and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
- Monitor system implementation on projects and recommend improvements and corrective actions
- Coach and mentor project teams to deliver safe projects.

**Thrive with us We hope you'll bring**:

- Experience in the construction/civil industry ideally within utilities (Gas, Water & Sewer).
- Demonstrated experience in effectively managing an HSE management system over multiple construction sites and disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience in risk management.
- Formal qualifications in OH&S (Diploma level or above) with Environmental and Auditing Qualifications desirable.
- Experience with ISO 45001/9001/14001 and OFSC accreditations is desirable.
- Return to Work management experience is desirable.
- Certificate IV Trainer & Assessor is desirable.
- A high level of written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders.
