You will be working for a tier 3 Contractor that has a large portfolio of challenging and exciting projects. This company has strong ex Tier 1 leadership who are approachable, very hands on and wanting all their staff to succeed.

**The Role**

As an operational HSE Advisor you will be based out on Site for 80-90% of the role.

You will be reporting directly to the HSE Manager you will be responsible for:

- Managing stakeholders.
- Conduct risk assessments and toolbox talks
- Skilled in SWM’s and JSA’s
- Ensure that safety plans are created and being followed.
- Ensure compliance with your own workforce as well as subcontractors.
- Report writing and regular updates with the HSE Manager.
- Conducting Site walks, audits, reports
- Delivering and implementing training programs

**About You**
- Fit Out construction experience within safety
- 3 years experience within the construction safety industry, ideally within the commercial or fit-out construction space.
- Cert IV in WHS as a minimum.
- Experience working in high risk environments.
- SWM’s experience within installation and fit-out
- Great computer skills.
