**About You**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification/s i.e., Diploma in Child, Youth & Family Intervention, Cert IV in Child Youth & Family Intervention / Business Management, or equivalent, (click here to view more details)
- Hold current or willingness to obtain relevant regulatory requirements (as per role and/or State).
- Passionate about human rights and creating positive change.
- Empathetic and compassionate, with a keen understanding of diverse experiences.
- Enthusiastic team player, eager to collaborate and inspire.
- A willingness and commitment to exercise self-reflection and to improve as a leader. Capacity to lead the local implementation of change and identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication with well-developed written, verbal and listening skills with the confidence and capability to use a range of systems and technology.
