Reporting to the Senior FAR Governance Manager, this is an opportunity to be part of a small highly visible and collaborative team partnering with ANZ GHL and ANZ BGL accountable persons and their support teams.

What will your day look like?
**As the FAR Governance Manager, you will be responsible for**:

- Supporting the design, implementation and continuous evolution of Financial Accountability Regime (FAR) governance framework, policies, strategic initiatives and practices for our accountable entities, and
- Partnering with accountable persons and their support teams to implement and embed the FAR within ANZ GHL and ANZ BGL.

Your key accountabilities in this role will include supporting the Senior FAR Governance Manager to:

- Maintain the accountable entity’s accountability map, accountable person accountability statements, accountable person responsibility maps
- Provide support to the accountable persons FAR representatives, and
- Report to the accountable entity, their accountable persons and other key governance arrangements on FAR.

What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you’ll ideally bring the following:

- Experience in a risk, legal or governance role working on a Regulatory Accountability Regime (either in Australia or overseas) engaging or dealing with Regulators (such as APRA or ASIC) and senior executives
- Managing compliance obligations and dealing with ambiguity as well as delivering to tight deadlines
- Ability to establish, build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
- Strong task management skills, ability to manage priorities and conflicting issues in a professional/risk-based manner
- Strong focus on accuracy, policy compliance, responsiveness and resilience in addressing issues
- Problem solving and creating efficiencies/improving processes
- Excellent technical skills including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to engage and influence and strong attention to detail
