In the role of Curriculum Leader at Nido Gregory Hills, you’ll be more than just a team member – you'll be a cherished mentor, coach and important part of the service Leadership triangle.

As a Curriculum Leader, you'll have the opportunity to role model, coach, mentor, and engage in critical reflection with our exceptional team of educators. Together, we’ll create enriching curriculums and environments that nurture the holistic development of each child.

About the Service

- 130 place service catering for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 8 rooms and 3 stunning outdoor play yards
- Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation.
- Full time Executive Service Manager and Service Administrator to help guide you through your career

About You

- Hold a Bachelor in ECEC and NESA Registration
- Have experience in working in either a Lead Educator or an educational leader role within child care
- Be willing to support and guide the team
- A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
- Available to open and close when required
- Have knowledge of the Reggio Emilia Approach
- Contribute to exceeding outcomes for children and Educators
