**About the role**:
As the specialist Porsche Service Advisor Cadet you will utilise your engaging personality to deliver an exceptional customer experience and help provide the right servicing and repair solutions for our customers.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will directly support the service department as the expert in vehicles and supporting technology/equipment, such as charging solutions and My Porsche connected vehicles. At times you will also assist the sales department when discussing complex technological questions that may come from some customers.

**Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Deal with customer requirements for service and repair in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure the highest standard of Customer Service.
- Assist with the loading of the workshop to ensure efficient utilisation of workshop capacity.
- Carry out customer follow-up and prospecting activities to maintain and build the volume of work within the workshop.
- Accurately prepare and cost customer invoices to Group Standards

**About you**:
To be successful in your new role you will possess the following traits:

- Be highly motivated with a strong enthusiasm for the Porsche brand
- The ability to retain and communicate complex technical information (previous motor mechanic experience is an advantage).
- Ability to perform calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the Pentana/Reynolds ERA DMS will be viewed upon favourably
- Strong customer service skills
- Superior time management skills
- A current NSW Drivers Licence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Committed and motivated
