Seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced Practise Manager for a full time role at a professional Chartered accountancy firm.

**The Role**
- Oversee and manage practise operations and workflow
- Provide a high level of support to the directors and senior leadership team
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, performance reviews and contract adminstration
- Prepare productivity and budget reports
- Prepare monthly retainer and invoices
- Maintain Quality Assurance compliance requirements

**Experience Required**
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Experience using Xero, XPM, CAS360, Annature, FYI & ATOmate would be an advantage
- Ability to fully utilise Microsoft Office software packages
- Demonstrated ability to keep an office organised and well-structured
- Exceptional communication skills
