**About the company**

Working with a leading healthcare provider in Melbourne’s Western Suburbs, this is a full-time temporary position with potential for permanent.

This position is for a contract manager in the engineering team providing end to end contract development and implementation reporting to the Operations Manager Engineering Services.

**Responsibilities***:

- Develop and implement Service agreements
- Strong and high level stakeholder engagement - internal and external
- Reviewing outdated/ overdue Service agreements
- Ensure Contracts are being executed correctly and scope of work is being delivered in line with the brief (service reports, costs, quality)
- Develop high quality and detailed briefings, reports and business cases
- Creation of a Service Maintenance Agreements programme
- Management of dispute proceedings where required

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal, high level stakeholder engagement
- Experience in managing high value commercial relationships
- High level analytical and evaluation skills
- Strong problem solving, negotiation and solution focused mindset
- Previous receptionist experience, ideally medical reception
