**Your Role as Manager, Operational Support**:
As a key member of our management team, you’ll:

- Lead the **Operational Control Centre (OCC)** team to ensure optimal bus and driver deployment.
- Champion **incident and emergency response protocols**, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Develop and refine standards for **service disruption management**.
- Collaborate with **internal and external stakeholders**to drive smooth project execution.
- Assess and manage risks that impact service delivery.

**Who You Are**:

- A degree-qualified professional in **Business or a related field**.
- A seasoned leader with experience in **public transport or similar operational environments**.
- A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
