**About the position**:
We're on the hunt for a **Bathroom Category Manager** to own and evolve one of our fastest-growing categories. This role is perfect for a commercially minded professional with a sharp eye for design, deep technical knowledge of bathware, and the ability to drive strategy through product curation, supplier management, and inventory optimisation.

As Bathroom Category Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating and managing an inspiring range of bathroom products that align with market trends and consumer needs. You’ll work closely with internal teams across supply chain, marketing, sales, and finance to bring your range to life - from negotiating with top-tier suppliers to launching standout campaigns that drive sales and delight our customers.
- Curate and manage a stunning and cohesive range of bathroom products that reflect current trends and high standards of design and performance.
- Negotiate with top-tier suppliers to secure great pricing, marketing support, and commercial terms.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimise inventory - reducing excess while ensuring availability.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to bring bathroom collections to life through strategic campaigns and storytelling.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date product and supplier information within our systems.
- Use data and market insights to guide product decisions and improve profitability.

**Qualifications**:

- A strong eye for curation - you know what looks good, works well, and sells fast.
- Solid technical knowledge of bathware (materials, plumbing, installation requirements, etc.).
- Confidence in negotiating with suppliers and managing vendor relationships.
- Experience with inventory systems and a knack for data accuracy.
- Previous experience in category management, product curation, or stock optimisation - especially in retail or bathware - will be highly regarded.
- A commercial mindset backed by analytical thinking and strategic insight.
- Outstanding organisation skills - you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
