**About the role**

As a Team Lead, you’ll be supporting the Branch Manager to motivate and inspire the team to deliver an outstanding in-store experience whilst focusing on achieving sales growth.

This role is a stepping stone for those who want to progress their career, and is a pathway to a leadership role, whereby you will be supported to develop and grow your leadership and operational skillset.

**This is a 12mth maternity leave contract with a view to permanent full time.**

**Your day to day**

A typical day will involve:

- Being the GO-TO person in the showroom for both customers and team members, using your superior product knowledge to answer queries and solve problems.
- Hands-on involvement in day-to-day operations, directly assisting with administrative tasks and providing support to team members
- Coaching and supporting a dedicated and enthusiastic sales team to reach their highest potential, along with monthly sales targets
- Championing the Reece brand story and embodying the Reece values
- Maintain a customer-focused mindset, understanding the importance of exceptional service
- Collaborate with suppliers, the Reece branch network and fostering teamwork to deliver exceptional customer experience
- Accountability to manage large client accounts and grow sales

**We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who**:

- Previous experience in a leadership role within the building industry, or another customer centric retail or account-based sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships, along with account management skills
- Proven organisational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Experience working with KPIs, meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Is looking to build a career within the Reece Group
- Proficient computer and system skills
- Customer-focused mindset and dedication to providing exceptional service
