- Description:
**The Opportunity**

As part of the Commercial team, the Contract Specialist plays a vital role in owning, managing and administering all parts of the contract administrative process, which is a major part of our sales strategy. You will support Medline ANZ with managing this large part of our business and look to continually drive process and system improvement.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare and manage all contracts across all of the Medline ANZ business
- Support and co-ordinate the preparation of change notices, extensions, price and product variations, discontinued products
- Manage and update the contract register, ensuring all internal systems are aligned and accurate
- Monitor contract performance, including the reporting and status of contract and owner deliverables delivering these insights back to the Sales and Marketing leaders
- Continually identify opportunities for internal processes improvements.
- Build relationships with external and internal stakeholders to continually strengthen our position in the market as the leader of medical consumables
- Lead and drive major projects in the team, including the introduction of Legal Sifter

- Previous experience managing a large volume of contracts
- Experience in the healthcare industry is desirable but not essential
- Acute attention to detail with strong MS office skills
