Provide admin support to the Centre so that our Program delivery team can get back to programs

This is an onsite role working with a small team of Equine Program Coaches, Allied Health Staff and our Volunteers who deliver sessions to a wide variety of participants.

General role:

- Send intake forms for Potential Volunteers and Participants
- Manage diaries of Staff to arrange initial assessments of new Participants
- Manage diaries of Staff to arrange Volunteer interviews and inductions
- Conduct initial Volunteer interviews and facility inductions
- Set up online documents, forms and calendar bookings
- Create reports as requested
- Finalise registration processes for Participants in conjunction with Program delivery staff
- Follow up on previous enquiries
- Create advertisements and promotions for Volunteering and Programs
- General administration tasks to assist program delivery and Centre operations

**Essential Criteria**:

- Excellent organisational skills, verbal and written communication skills.
- Drivers licence and own transport
- Computer literacy
- Understanding of Workplace Health & Safety guidelines (information will be provided)
- Complete Working with Children Check
- Work as part of a team to deliver required outcomes
- Willingness to undertake further training as required

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Current First Aid Certification
- Knowledge of and demonstrated ability to work within Riding for the Disabled NSW Tall Timbers guidelines, policies and procedures
- Previous experience in administration and office management roles
- Disability awareness or interaction experience
- Background volunteering in RDA Centres

This is a new and casual role, we anticipate 3 mornings a week up to a maximum of 12 hours in the first instance.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $23.23 - $31.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 12 per week
