Part-time Logistics Manager

_Location: Blacktown Warehouse (3 days per week)_

**About the Role**:
We’re on the hunt for a responsible, experienced Logistics Manager to join our team at our Blacktown warehouse. If you have a knack for organisation, strong initiative, and a passion for making sure things run smoothly, we’d love to meet you In this role, you’ll be managing AU-wide deliveries, ensuring that our products reach clients on time, every time.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Liaise with freight companies and manage transport schedules for seamless deliveries
- Monitor and manage stock movement to maintain accurate inventory
- Troubleshoot delivery issues and manage timelines to provide top-notch service
- Proactively seek ways to optimise our logistics processes
- **Order processing**: Managing customer orders from entry to dispatch, including picking, packing, and quality checks.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinating with the sales team to align on client needs and priorities.
- **Customer communication**: Responding to inquiries and providing updates on orders and deliveries.
- **Inventory management**: Receiving stock, reconciling shipments, and conducting regular stocktakes.
- **Logistics coordination**: Scheduling deliveries, liaising with couriers and suppliers, and ensuring on-time shipments.
- **Warehouse maintenance**: Keeping the workspace organised, clean, and efficient for operations.
- **Team support**: Working with the warehouse staff to streamline processes and maintain accuracy.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: Previous logistics, warehousing, or supply chain experience is essential. We need someone who understands the flow of operations and can handle the demands of national deliveries. **Experience** in order picking, packing, and processing.
- **Reliability and Responsibility**: You’ll be managing crucial operations, so being dependable and detail-oriented is key.
- **Initiative**: We value fresh ideas and proactive thinking. If you see an area to improve, we want to hear about it
- **Driver’s License**: A valid driver’s license is a must.
- **Flexibility**: This role is 3-4 days per week, perfect for someone looking to balance work with other commitments.
- **Proficiency** in inventory, logistics, and warehouse management systems.
- **Ability** to perform physical tasks, including lifting boxes up to 20kg or with the forklift

**Highly Regarded (though not essential) Skills**
- Experience with Google Pages, Tables, Excel, EDI systems, or CRM tools.
- Familiarity with bathroom products or home improvement industries.
- Experience with software like Carton Cloud, Google Sheets, or Zoho CRM.
- Proficiency in inventory, logistics, and warehouse management systems.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting boxes up to 20kg or with the forklift
