**Supervisor - Buildings**

Lendlease Construction currently has an opportunity for an experienced Supervisor to join the team working on a major hospital - Tweed Valley Hospital Project.

Lendlease has extensive expertise in delivering hospitals and other healthcare projects in Australia, Asia, the Americas, and Europe. In Australia, our project management and construction business has been responsible for $3 billion worth of projects including two of the country's largest hospitals.

**The Role**

The Supervisor position will see you will take ownership of site safety management, developing short and medium range construction programmes as you coordinate multiple subcontractor trades across a variety of packages to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality construction work. You will work closely with our site engineers to pre-empt and resolve construction issues on site and to maintain progress in line with the construction program.

**Experience Needed**

With a trade or building background, you will be an experienced site supervisor with a record of delivering large scale projects with a reputable Tier 1 or 2 construction companies - having managed major components of the projects previously across fit outs/ finishers structures or facades or a combination of them.

You will be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, and a collaborative nature, imperative to delivering complex environment projects safely, to high quality standards and within project budgets.
