**About the role

Permanent full time opportunity to coordinate all Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and Quality Assurance (QA) activities across the multidisciplinary Building, Engineering and Maintenance Services (BEMS) department at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital (RBWH).

About you

Assist in the daily operations of building and engineering maintenance to ensure efficient service delivery.
Enhance and engender an existing culture of continuous quality improvement for all technical and trade operations in the RBWH BEMS department.
Pro-actively seek opportunities for specific quality improvement activities and complete the quality cycle, across all levels and employment streams of staff within the RBWH BEMS department.
