**Role scope**

Kent is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to join our Brisbane Projects team. This role will be working across both Brownfields and Greenfields scopes with associated support works. This position is a Brisbane based role working approx. 20km from the CBD.

**Your Day to Day Responsibilities**:

- Lead all construction activities with a focus on Safety, Quality Assurance, and Compliance.
- Support the organisation and management of the Kent workforce, ensuring team competence to meet ongoing work schedules.
- Assist in performance assessment and management of Kent Team members, including time writing requirements.
- Manage and assess Kent Subcontractors, ensuring their competence to meet work scopes and performance expectations.
- Provide functional support for site productivity, execution, data analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement programs.
