**The Company**

EDT are looking for a Registered Migration Agent (RMA) to join a vibrant office based in the middle of the Sydney CBD on either a part time full time basis.

Australia’s strong economy, world class higher education system, multicultural society and stable governance makes it a highly attractive destination for migrants, and in an increasingly interconnected world the demand for the services of skilled overseas people has never been higher.

Being active in sourcing and placing skilled Australians the demand is such that a vacancy has arisen for someone to handle the overseas on-boarding and sponsorships to allow the company to concentrate on building and developing the Australian workforce.

**The Role**

Dealing with different types of visas, from family, to employer sponsored, partner and the Labour Agreements the successful applicant will be extremely knowledgeable of the processes and limitations involved.

Dependant on skills, experience and qualifications this role will pay $80,000 + super. (Pro-Rata on a part-time basis)

**Skills and expertise required**
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Very personable
- Previous experiences with labour agreements essential

**Certifications and Qualifications**
- Valid MARN
- Australian work rights

**Highly desirable (but not essential)**
- Legal background
- Employment law knowledge/experience
- HR Background
- Experience of the Recruitment Industry
- IT or Telecommunications background
