**About the role**
As the **Delivery Practice Coach**, you will provide guidance on how to establish, mature, and embed Digital and Technology’s ways of working. You will be responsible for educating colleagues of all levels about the principles of delivery, mentoring them, and facilitating collaboration, decision-making, based upon adaptive planning that emphasises early realisation of value through iterative and incremental delivery.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Mentor teams in the delivery practices methodology, providing team members with feedback for growth and improvement - actively share knowledge, skills, and perspectives within the teams
- Assess ongoing delivery practice processes and utilise techniques that increase collaboration, predictability, transparency and promote a culture of experimentation and innovation
- Providing practical outcomes via a hands-on approach
- Take ownership of the delivery practice tools, driving their continued evolution and embedment across Digital and Technology
**About you**
- Demonstrated experience in practicing and coaching Agile techniques
- Strong leadership skills in coaching and mentoring operational teams
- Excellent communication, consultation, and negotiation skills with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- A Tertiary qualification in IT or Business, and a certification as an Agile Practitioner/Coach would be advantageous.
