**Your Role at Nextt**

We currently have multiple Casual roles available for female Disability Support Workers in Warners Bay for the below shift:

- **Monday to Friday - 7:00am to 10:00am, 1:00pm to 4:00pm and 7:30pm to 9:30pm**:

- **Saturday & Sunday - 7:00am to 10:00am and 7:30pm to 9:30pm**

You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our client, ensuring to follow and prioritize their daily routine, and working collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure our client receives the highest level of care. Your goal will be to always assist our clients in accomplishing their daily objectives while staying true to our values and upholding quality person-centered care.

**Your Skills and Experience**
- Experience working with client with Spinal Injury
- Ability to work in a robust dynamic team
- Ability to provide person-centered care, maintaining an outstanding level of dignity, respect, and compassion
- Experience in manual handling or willing to learn
