**About the role**:

- The role is primarily concerned with assisting with the recovery and enable ongoing community support services.
- The position takes a strengths-based, recovery approach to supporting vulnerable and/or at-risk consumers.
- You will be encouraged to develop and maintain relationships and provide direct support to individuals and/or their families.

**The person**:

- You will have the ability to listen
- A compassionate and caring individual you will likely have lived experience of mental illness
- Direct association with the Australian Defence Force (you must be ex ADF)
- An organised, methodical and focused approach will complement your human centred interests.

**Benefits**:

- To start ASAP (pending Federal Police Check).
- 12-month temporary assignment with the potential to extend.
- Full time hours - Monday to Friday - 7.5 hours per day (please note you must be flexible to work on a roster basis between 8am and 6.45pm).
- Mt Pleasant, Perth, WA location
- $54 per hour + super
