Within Western Australia our Mining & Resources Division delivers engineering and construction projects for our key Tier 1 iron ore producing clients, which enables them to sustain and expand their mining operations throughout the Pilbara Region of Western Australia. As a trusted partner to the WA resource sector, Calibre is integrated in our Client’s Major Projects which enables up to go above and beyond and succeed together with our clients.

**The Role**:
This is a great opportunity for you to develop your career within our finance team on an initial 12-month maximum term, staff contract. You will be joining a fast-paced team so you will need to be flexible in your approach, well organised and have excellent time management skills. This position will be based in our Perth CBD office. In this role you’ll be responsible for;
- Maintenance of timesheet access matrix
- Accounts Payable & Invoices - information collation, invoices and maintaining payment records
- Assist in maintaining and updating staffing plan actual hours and forecast
- Prepare project personnel submissions for client endorsement or approval
- Administer minor package progress updates
- Provide accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as directed
- Ad Hoc such as maintaining archives, registers, month end reporting, balance sheets and enquiries

**Thrive with us We hope you'll bring**:

- Ideally a tertiary qualification in Finance, Business Management and/or relevant discipline
- 1-5 years experience in a similar position, prior experience working in a mining environment will be viewed as favourable
- Team player, strong forecasting and change management skills and expert communication both verbal and written
- Intermediate-advanced skills with Excel
