Collections will be an important aspect of this role, and we’ll provide you with the support to excel while building positive relationships with our clients. You will also collaborate with internal team members to resolve queries and contribute to maintaining a well-functioning accounts receivable process. While the role involves some repetitive tasks, it offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and grow within a supportive and professional environment.

**Position responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Manage accounts receivables and ensure timely follow-up on collections.
- Process payment receipts with ease and accuracy.
- Complete daily and monthly bank reconciliations to maintain precise financial records.
- Tackle bank reconciliations like a pro, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues quickly.
- Process refunds efficiently and manage customer accounts.
- Prepare and send out invoices, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
- Answer customer queries and provide excellent service by finding quick and effective solutions.
- Support month-end tasks such as journal entries and reconciliation, ensuring smooth financial closing.
- Collaborate with your teammates and our customers, fostering strong relationships and a productive work atmosphere.

- You are a recent accounting graduate with a strong foundation in accounting principles.
- You have a passion for numbers and financial details, and a proactive attitude to problem-solving.
- You excel in a fast-paced environment and are eager to learn and grow in your accounting career.
- You are organised, with excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- You communicate effectively, both written and verbally, with a customer-centric approach.
- You have proficiency in accounting software and basic Excel skills, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
