We’re looking for a Technical Field Support Trainer to join our Doors team.

In this position you will provide ongoing support to our team of Technicians throughout Australia. You will be the point of contact for solutions and use your problem solving skills to provide feedback and advise. You will be required to manage people and resources, engage proactively with customers and motivate and inspire the team.

What will you be doing?
- Provide remote or on-site technical support for all Doors issues
- Provide technical support to ensure customer specification requirements
- Piloting and implementing new products and solutions
- Roll out and launch new products and training across our different product lines
- Installation method development, Trouble shooting tools development
- Train local Trainers/employees during site visits and/or deliver scheduled training sessions
- Co-operate with and provide expertise to global and local training centers in training courses
- List all helpdesk issues and forward corrective actions according to KONE process requirements.
- Participate in closing reviews to ensure all learning from problem site is gained into business, whether product or skill learning for individuals raising training requirements
- Be aware and operate within KONE safety requirements
- Ensure each installation follows the global processes and guidelines
- Audit site safety procedures and report safety concerns

What are we looking for?
- Demonstrated Technical ability with field experience
- Ability to engage stakeholders and facilitate training
- Proven ability to win with customers
- IT Literacy
- Intermediate
- SAP, CRM experience desired but not essential
- A resilient and persevering approach with high emotional intelligence
- Valid Australian driver’s license
- Willingness to travel across Australia to conduct coaching and training
