**About the Role**:

- **Be a part of the leadership team within the service.**:

- As an Assistant Coordinator, part of your role will be to step up into Coordinator role and lead the OSHC Service as required.
- Assist in creating engaging programs with industry leading programming tools
- Be the face of TheirCare and create positive relationships within the school community.
- Manage compliance documents and other administrative tasks.
- Hours**:2.45pm - 6.00pm + 2 weekly administration hours**:

- **Monday to Friday
- no weekend work**

***About You**:

- You are an engaging individual who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong, positive relationships.
- Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry is preferred but not essential.
- Employee **Working with Children’s Check** valid in the relevant state.
- Willing to obtain valid **HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting**.
- Willing to obtain National Criminal History Check.
