**About the Company**
You will be working for an industry leader in the health product manufacturing industry.

**The Role**
In this role, you will be required to develop, implement, assess and oversee well-being programs and procedures for our client including
- Identification and implementation of best practice well-being programs
- Benchmarking of proposed and annual programs with external programs and rating schemes
- Complete regular review of injury management data, and incident trends to identify well-being priorities and the impact of the well-being program
- Identification of strategic priorities for the well-being program and development of a plan to meet strategic priorities, and including mental health objectives
- Identify and implement requirements for the management of onsite ergonomics risks
- Provide incident management, early intervention, and injury management in consultation with stakeholders
- Implement health and well-being projects

**Your skills and experience**
- Allied health professional i.e. Occ Therapist, Physio, Exercise Physio, Reg Nurse or Osteopath
- Post-graduate qualification in occupational health management or equivalent
- First aid certificate
- Developing and assessing well-being programs
- Minimum 5 years experience within an occupational health environment (eg onsite occupational health/injury management or rehabilitation provider )
- Knowledge of safety and worker's compensation legislation and regulations
