Our Workplace Health Coaches and Site Specialists are passionate, motivated and strive to improve the health status of employees through education, training and coaching. We are looking for a Health Professional who will be running Workplace Wellness Programs with our clients across the greater Melbourne region.
Programs delivered by the Health Professional include:

- Health Promotion and Toolbox talks, presenting to large and small groups
- Health checks and risk screening assessments
- Health Coaching & Education, 1 to 1 and 1 to many
- Facilitating ergonomic and injury prevention programs
- Mentoring, motivating and inspiring people to set and achieve health goals
- Organising team events and participation in wellness activities
- Tertiary qualifications in Exercise Physiology/Physiotherapy/Occupational Health/Exercise Science
- Relevant accreditation with governing body (e.g. ESSA, APHRA, DA) is desirable
- Experience in a workplace health and wellness environment
- Hold a current First Aid Certificate
- Hold a current Driver's License
- Be COVID vaccinated.
- Be willing to undertake a Police check.

This role works closely with our clients and you will need to successfully managing both internal and external relationships.
