We have opportunities for Hotel Receptionists to come join and work across our Punthill Essendon and Punthill Essendon North Hotels as Part-Time with full time hours available as well. Located just minutes from Essendon Fields and Tullamarine Airport
**Punthill Essendon**:
- 56 studio, one and two-bedroom apartments with kitchen facilities
- Conference room & gym facilities
- Onsite parking facilities & close to public transport.
**Punthill Essendon North**:
- 40 studio, one and two-bedroom apartments with kitchen facilities
- Onsite gym facilities
- Onsite parking facilities
**Our amazing Hotel Receptionists (AKA Local Hosts)**:
Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you’ll be part of a small team of genuine people, looking to create lasting memories and exceptional experiences for each and every guest. No day will be the same, but each day you’ll strive to:
- Provide a high level of guest services at all touchpoints (check-in, check-out, during their stay)
- Provide creative resolutions to complaints and problems
- Be a Local Host, knowing the local area of the hotel intimately enough to provide advice and recommendations to guests on key points of interest
- Respond to emergency situations in a safe and professional matter
- Identify & explore opportunities to increase the number of returning & new guests
- Support the Hotel Manager to ensure the hotel operates to Veri-Best standard
