We’re a rapidly growing Australian Hotel Group in the early stages of expansion. From humble beginnings, our brand was founded out of a passion for connecting travellers to the local authenticity of a location by providing comfortable and bespoke accommodation. Today, we are a multi-brand accommodation group operating 17 hotels across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.

**Location**:

- Punthill Manhattan
- 40 room serviced apartment hotel
- Ideally located corporate hotel in the Paris end of Flinders Lane

**Your day to day**:
Reporting to the Super Host and Hotel Manager, you’ll be part of a small team of genuine people, looking to create lasting memories and exceptional experiences for each and every guest.
- Provide a high level of guest services at all touchpoints (check-in, check-out, during stay)
- Provide resolutions to complaints and problems
- Identify new ways to leave guests with lasting memorable experiences
- Respond to emergency situations in a safe and professional matter
- Identify & explore new sales leads
