**Position**

Due to continual growth, the position of Service Technician is now available.

In this role, you will carry out the below:

- Installing and servicing a wide range of security products and systems (CCTV, Alarm/Security Systems, Intercoms, Access Control, and Integrated Systems)
- Providing high level customer service to clients
- Maintenance for both alarm & CCTV systems
- Liaising with key customers on technical and service matters
- Cooperating closely with the team to attend service call outs as they arise

- Previous experience as a Service Technician in the Security industry
- Current NSW Security Licence
- Open Registration Cabling Licence
- Valid Drivers Licence
- Knowledge and competency with various CCTV analogue and IP systems
- Experience with IP Video and Intercom Systems
