**The role**

We have an exciting newly created role for a General Manager - IT Engagement and Partnerships. As Crown Resorts looks to transform for the future this roles are critical in ensuring effective partnering between our business units and our tech partners. This role will be key in providing understanding on how the IT function can grow and evolve. You will also be responsible for;
- Provide vision, and clarity of the priorities and goals for delivery of quality services through leading, managing and driving continuous improvement focusing on building and managing relationships between the business and IT.
- Develop, maintain, and report on the IT demand profile; Collaborate with the business to identify, develop and progress proposed initiatives through the demand management life cycle into project or BAU pipelines.
- Working with the the technology leadership team help shape the technology model and structure of where vendors can help assist with the required technology uplift.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize IT opportunities that align with organizational goals and strategies.
- Build, lead and mentor a high-performance architecture team, developing their talent and skills to support innovation and growth.
- Assist with the adoption of new technologies within the business units and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

**About you**
- Extensive experience in the technology industry in a similar function.
- Experience working with or for a major technology vendor.
- Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline essential i.e., minimum Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
- Extensive experience in leading IT change programs and projects within the gaming industry including agile delivery of similar qualifications.
- Extensive senior stakeholder management experience including the ability to balance commercial, risk and technology related priorities.
- Probity and credit clearance and ability to obtain and maintain appropriate Casino Employee Licences.
