**Belgravia Leisure** is seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead the hospitality operations at the newly developed East Fremantle Community Park—a vibrant hub for sport, leisure, and community engagement.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will oversee the operations of the precincts hospitality offerings, including a Bar & Café, Function, and coordination with the Health Club, Football Oval, Bowling Greens, and Croquet Greens.

You will be responsible for:

- Operational and financial performance of the F&B unit
- Program development and stakeholder engagement
- Driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth

**About You**

You are a hands-on, front-of-house leader with a passion for hospitality and events. You thrive in community-focused environments and know how to build high-performing teams. You’re quick to connect with patrons and local clubs, and you’re not afraid to innovate to drive results.

Key Accountabilities
- Manage daily operations of café, bar, and restaurant
- Lead, train, and roster F&B staff for optimal performance
- Collaborate with kitchen and event teams for seamless service
- Monitor inventory and negotiate with suppliers
- Plan menus, pricing, and promotions
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Manage budgets and drive revenue growth
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies

Essential Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years in F&B management (bars, restaurant, functions, or events)
- Relevant certifications in hospitality or F&B management
- Knowledge of F&B industry trends, best practices and regulations.
- Proficiency in F&B management systems and operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to thrive under pressure
- WA Approved Manager Certification
- National Police Check
- Current First Aid Certificate

East Fremantle Community Park is a unique, integrated space combining sport, leisure, and hospitality. It features:

- Café, full-service restaurant, and bar
- Health club with gym, group fitness, indoor cycling, and Reformer Pilates
- Football oval (home to East Fremantle Football Club)
- Bowling and croquet greens
- Skate park, basketball half-court, and dog park
