**About the Role**:
We’re seeking an M365 Lead to oversee the deployment, management, and optimisation of the entire M365 technology stack, with a focus on governance, data control, and user access management. In this key role, you will partner with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), security teams, and strategic partners to implement solutions that align with our business objectives, while ensuring robust support for data-loss prevention (DLP) and identity access management.

The role is located at our Head office in North Strathfield with reach across ANZ and Asia, the M365 Lead will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing platform functionality, staying current with new Microsoft services, and adapting them to meet the evolving needs of our business.

**What your days looks like**:

- Expertly manage and configure M365 services to ensure seamless functionality and user support across the organization.
- Provide authoritative governance and strategic oversight on the effective use of M365 services, aligning them with business objectives and compliance standards.
- Design and architect innovative solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the M365 platform to meet organizational needs.
- Work closely with security teams to enhance data-loss prevention (DLP) and identity access management strategies, contributing to the development of a comprehensive strategic roadmap for M365 governance.
- Drive initiatives focused on automation and process enhancements to support broader transformation efforts within the organization.

**The Ingredients for Success**:

- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in IT, a related technical field, or possess equivalent work experience.
- Possess extensive hands-on experience with the Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams (with its voice and video capabilities) and the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the administrative, security, and data loss prevention (DLP) features inherent to Microsoft 365, ensuring robust protection of organizational data.
- Strong understanding of M365 governance, adept at balancing technical expertise with business strategy to drive organisational success.
- Possess a keen ability to visualise, articulate, and solve complex problems, translating challenges into actionable solutions.
- Previous experience in data governance and identity access management within a corporate environment, contributing to enhanced security and compliance.
