**The role and what we're looking for**
Reporting to the Head of Sales Australia, the National Collision Manager is responsible for managing the delivery of Capricorn's Collision strategy. The role will develop and implement sales and service strategies to deliver excellence to Collision Members and Suppliers.
**Key responsibilities of the role include**
- Lead the National Collision team to contribute to the achievement of Capricorn's Collision strategy and objectives.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales and rebate revenue budgets for the Collision sector by demonstrating market share gains through designated collision Suppliers.
- Develop initiatives to increase Supplier penetration and engagement with Capricorn members across the collision segment.
- Represents Capricorn with industry associations aligned to Crash Repair, Collision and Auto Recyclers including attending events.
- Manage the targeted Collision ‘Supplier as a Member' relationship, including the achievement of Member related targets, specific business plans, trading terms negotiation and providing profitable share of revenue growth.
- Tailored promotional activity linking Capricorn Products to deliver incremental sales.
- Provide leadership and influence the wider Capricorn teams to deliver outstanding service to the Collision members and Suppliers.
- Lead and develop communications with the Sales and Supply teams to ensure roles and responsibilities pertaining to Capricorns Collision strategy are understood and delivered upon.
- Advise leadership and employees of any business opportunities or challenges observed in the field.
- Manage and provide input to key corporate projects as required.
- A strong track record in Key Account Management delivering customer value.
- Industry experience gained through networking and associated industry bodies.
- Previous experience developing strategies and initiatives that grow and develop a sales territory, preferably at a national level.
- Intermediate skill in the use of MS Office.
- Business awareness, commercial acumen and strong negotiation skills.
- Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities.
**Qualifications**
- Tertiary Qualification in Business Management or in a related discipline (desirable).
- Current valid driver's licence.
